Hi! I’m Heather! An LMFT (#127809) based out of California!

Let’s be real—life is messy, people are weird, and your brain can be kind of an asshole sometimes. I’m not your “nod and smile” therapist. I’m more like your no-BS older sister who gives great advice, lovingly calls you out, and fully supports crying, cussing, and questioning everything…sometimes all at once. If you’re looking for a polished, soft-voiced therapist with a clipboard and beige cardigan, keep scrolling. But if you want someone who’s deeply human, a little sarcastic, and absolutely in your corner? Hi. I’m your girl.

As a queer therapist myself, I’m especially passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ community. Whether you’re figuring out who you are, how to tell your people, identity struggles, family dynamics, or just trying to survive in a world that doesn’t always get you, I’ve got your back.

I specialize in helping humans deal with depression, anxiety, sexual identity struggles, grief, stress, and the general dumpster fire that is modern life. I use approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, but tailored to you, not just something I pulled from a dusty psych book.

Therapy doesn’t have to be stiff, serious, or sanitized. We can cuss, cry, laugh, and work through the hard stuff together. If you want someone who keeps it real and makes healing a little less intimidating (and maybe even fun)? Let’s talk.
